At Maison Verdi, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, shipping times, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high demand periods such as holidays, promotions, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


International Shipping

Maison Verdi ships to many countries worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Maison Verdi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take 1–5 business days to appear in the courier system.

If you have not received tracking information after several days, please contact our support team.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to the carrier or lost, Maison Verdi cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Address changes may only be possible before the order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Maison Verdi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control.

If your order appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Checking with your local post office or courier

  • Checking your property's safe delivery locations

Maison Verdi is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.
