Thank you for shopping at Maison Verdi. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and protective packaging must remain intact

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Maison Verdi reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved by our customer support team before the item is sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may:

  • Not be accepted

  • Be returned to the sender

  • Not qualify for a refund

  • Your order number

Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Maison Verdi is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items returned without return authorization

Maison Verdi reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return requirements.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.


6. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Maison Verdi reserves the right to issue partial refunds if the returned item does not meet full return conditions.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and may no longer be canceled.

If the order has already been shipped, the customer must follow the standard return process.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Place a new order for the desired product


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider or credit card company

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first, Maison Verdi reserves the right to provide all necessary documentation, including shipping confirmation, order information, and communication records to the payment provider.

Submitting a chargeback while a return or refund request is being processed may delay the resolution process.


11. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, Maison Verdi reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that show signs of abuse or misuse of the return policy

  • Limit returns from customers with excessive return history

  • Request additional verification before issuing refunds
